Announcements

Terry Fox School Run

Our annual Terry Fox School Run is just around the corner, and we are excited to once again come together to support cancer research and celebrate Terry Fox’s inspiring legacy of determination, courage, and hope.

Our school run will take place on Friday, September 18, and will proceed rain or shine.

This year, we are hoping to raise $1,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation. To help reach our goal, we are launching our fundraising campaign, “Pie-ing It Forward for Terry!” As a fun incentive, any student who donates $50 or more will earn the opportunity to throw a pie at Mr. Wigglesworth or Mr. White!

Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. Students may bring coins or bills to school from September 14 to September 18.

Families can also donate online through our school's fundraising page: Ranchlands School Donation Page. Please note: If you make an online donation, kindly email your child’s teacher with the donation amount so your child can be included in the pie-throwing incentive.

Together, we can make a difference, support vital cancer research, and show the strength and generosity of our Ranchlands school community. Thank you for helping us keep Terry’s dream alive.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school at (403) 777-6350 ext 0. Sincerely, Mrs. Baker & Mr. Hefler
