Announcements

IMPORTANT! Transportation Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year - Apply by June 22!

Yellow school bus service levels and proposed fees for the 2025-2026 school year have now been posted. The cost will be $360/student or $180 for kindergarten students.

What you need to know:

∙ Registration is available by logging into your MyCBE parent account and clicking on the Fees, Waivers and Service Registration tile.

∙ Families must register by Sunday, June 22 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.

∙ Transportation will continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing stop with available space. Processing times could be up to six weeks at the beginning of the school year due to volume.

We encourage all families to register by the deadline if they think they will use yellow school bus transportation this fall. You can cancel before the end of September with no financial penalty. More Information: Register Now for Yellow School Bus Service

Outstanding School Fees

2024-25 school year fees are now due! To prevent your account from going into arrears and being sent out for collection, please login to your MyCBE parent account to review your child's outstanding school fees and make a payment with a debit or credit card. Alternatively, please visit the school to make a payment. Please note that cash and cheques are no longer accepted. More information about the CBE School Fees can be located at https://cbe.ab.ca/registration/fees-and-waivers/Pages/default.aspx.

Are You Concerned That You Cannot Afford to Pay School Fees? Apply for a Central Fee Waiver!

No child is ever denied access to an education at the Calgary Board of Education due to their family’s inability to pay. The CBE offers a Central Fee Waiver which is based upon income level and covers the following fees: Yellow School Bus Transportation, Lunch Supervision Service Fee and Student Supplies Fee. Please log in to your MyCBE parent account to complete the 2024/2025 Central Fee Waiver Application. More information about the Central Fee Waiver can be located at https://cbe.ab.ca/registration/fees-and-waivers/Pages/Waivers.aspx.

Medication Stored in the School Office

If you have provided us with medication for your child, please drop by the office anytime between now and Friday, June 27, to pick it up. We are unable to send medication home with your child, no matter what their age/grade. Any medication not picked up by June 27 can be picked up in late August or September when the school office reopens.

Lost & Found Items

Please be sure to ask your child to check the lost and found for any missing items by Tuesday, June 24. Parents may drop by after school to have a look as well. Any items remaining will be donated.
