Seven Sacred Teachings: Courage

Courage, represented by the Bear, is the strength to face challenges with integrity and resilience. It is not the absence of fear but the ability to stand up for what is right, even in the face of adversity. Courage teaches us to speak our truth, defend our beliefs, and take action despite uncertainty. By embracing courage, we honor our authentic selves and inspire others to do the same.

Let us walk with bravery, knowing that every step forward strengthens our spirit and our community.
