Ranchlands School Council In-Person & Virtual Meeting - Tuesday, October 14, at 6:45pm
All parent(s)/guardian(s) of students attending Ranchlands School are welcome to attend! Please join us in the Ranchlands School library. A virtual link will be shared closer to the meeting date.
Wednesday, October 15 - Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch
The next fun lunch will be provided by Dominos Pizza. Deadline for orders is Friday, October 10. Orders can be placed through www.healthyhunger.ca.

Playground Committee News (Ranchlands School Parent Society) - Pumpkin Hunt Playground Fundraiser
This playground fundraiser will take place at Wildflower Park in the Ranchlands Estates area on October 11 (registration required). Please join us in a search for hidden mini pumpkins. Ranchlands Parent Council Family Halloween Dance - Thursday, October 30 from 6pm - 7:30pm
Please join us at the Halloween Dance on Oct 30th! Admission is $1 per person or a food bank donation, which will be donated to the Ranchlands Community Centre Food Pantry. Please note, we will be celebrating Halloween and having our dress-up day on Friday, October 31.
Reminders
Annual Online Forms - Please Complete AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Thank you to those families who have already completed/returned these forms. To those who have not, Alberta Education dictates that parents / legal guardians must complete or review and update several forms each year, which include:
• Demographic Verification form - 2025-26 – This form includes your child’s personal information as well as parent / legal guardian contact information.
• Annual Authorization form - 2025-26 – This form provides consent for school and district use of personal information.
• Citizenship Information Update form - 2025-26 – This form becomes available if you change your child’s citizenship information on the Demographic Verification form.
To complete these forms:
1 | Sign in to your MyCBE account. Don't have a MyCBE account yet? Click here to register for one.
2 | Click on the SchoolEngage icon
3 | Select the form
4 | Complete or review and update the form
5 | Click on Submit to send the form electronically to the school
6 | Repeat steps 3-5 for each form

Child & Youth Well-Being Family & Caregiver Series
The CBE invites all parents and guardians to join us for a live online series focused on supporting child and youth well-being. Hosted by the Recovery Alberta Community Education Services (CES) Program in collaboration with experts from the Calgary community, this year's sessions will explore a wide range of timely topics.
