Important Dates
Tuesday, February 24 - Report Cards Available for Viewing in MyCBE Parent Account
Families can view, download or print online report cards for Kindergarten to Grade 9 students on February 24 until May 29, 2026 through MyCBE parent accounts. Please be sure to print a copy for your records.
Wednesday, February 25 - Pink Shirt Day
Please join us by wearing a PINK shirt! The focus of this day is to remind students of the importance of working together and treating others with dignity and respect.
Friday, February 27 - No School for ALL Students
This is a Professional Development Day, and there will be NO school for all students.
Sunday, March 8 - Time Change
Daylight Savings Time starts soon! Don't forget to move your clocks forward by 1 hour!
Tuesday, March 10- Ranchlands School Council In-Person & Virtual Meeting @ 6:45pm
All parent(s)/guardian(s) of students attending Ranchlands School are welcome to attend! Please join us in room 24 at the school or online. A link for the meeting will be shared closer to the event.
Wednesday, March 18- Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch
This month's fun lunch will be provided by Bar Burrito! Orders must be placed no later than Friday, March 13. www.healthyhunger.ca
March 19 & 20- Parent-Teacher Conferences
March 21-29- Spring Break
The last day of classes before Spring Break is Thursday, March 19, and there will be NO SCHOOL for ALL students from March 20 - 29. Classes will resume on Monday, March 30.

Parent-Teacher Conferences - March 19 & 20
Conferences will take place on March 19 from 4:30pm to 7:30pm and on March 20 from 8:30am to 1pm. Parents have the option of attending an in-person or online parent-teacher conference. The booking system opening time will be posted in early March.
Child Care Tax Receipts
Child Care Tax Receipts for CBE lunch supervision from January 2025 to December 2025 are now available. To access your receipt, simply log in to your MyCBE account and navigate to Student Fees & Service Registrations > Receipts. Tax receipts will not be mailed out and will be available online only.
Student Fees
The unpaid 2024-25 lunch supervision and transportation fees will be sent to collections in February/March 2026.Families can avoid having their account sent to collections by:
*Paying their 2024–25 central fees in full, or
*Applying, and being approved, for a 2024–25 Central Fee Waiver. We are currently offering extensions for the 2024–25 waiver until June 30, 2026. Parents can be directed to FeeWaiver@cbe.ab.ca for more information.
*Requesting a Payment Plan by contacting StudentFees@cbe.ab.ca. A payment plan requires a signed commitment to pay a minimum of $20 per month toward 2024–25 central fees.
