Announcements
Pride Month
Pride Month is an opportunity to promote a respectful and inclusive school community where everyone belongs. During the month of June, we recognize the diversity in schools and communities and highlight that schools are welcoming, caring, respectful, and safe environments for all students, families and staff, including those who are part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
IMPORTANT! Transportation Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year
Yellow school bus service levels and proposed fees for the 2025-2026 school year have now been posted. The cost will be $360/student or $180 for kindergarten students.
What you need to know:
∙ Registration is available by logging into your MyCBE parent account and clicking on the Fees, Waivers and Service Registration tile.
∙ Families must register by Sunday, June 22 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.
∙ Transportation will continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing stop with available space. Processing times could be up to six weeks at the beginning of the school year due to volume.
We encourage all families to register by the deadline if they think they will use yellow school bus transportation this fall. You can cancel before the end of September with no financial penalty. More Information: Register Now for Yellow School Bus Service
Medication Stored in the School Office
If you have provided us with medication for your child, please drop by the office anytime between now and Friday, June 27, to pick it up. We are unable to send medication home with your child, no matter what their age/grade. Any medication not picked up by June 27 can be picked up in late August or September when the school office reopens.
Lost & Found Items
Please be sure to ask your child to check the lost and found for any missing items by Tuesday, June 24. Parents may drop by after school to have a look as well. Any items remaining will be donated.
Seven Sacred Teachings
The Seven Sacred Teaching for the month of June is respect. The students will be learning that the buffalo represents respect and that we must respect not only each other but ourselves and our bodies. It is important to be respectful to all creations.
