Please join us by wearing a PINK shirt! The focus of this day is to remind students of the importance of working together and treating others with dignity and respect.
Tuesday, March 12 - Ranchlands School Council In-Person & Virtual Meeting at 6:45pm
All parent(s)/guardian(s) of students attending Ranchlands School are welcome to attend! Please join us in the Ranchlands School library or online (link will be shared closer to the date).
March 13 - 15 - Grade 6 Outdoor School at Camp Evergreen
Wednesday, March 20 - Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch
This month's fun lunch will be provided by Subway! Orders must be placed no later than Friday, March 15. www.healthyhunger.ca
Friday, March 22 - No School For ALL Students
There is no school for all students on March 22 due to parent-teacher conferences.
March 22 - April 1 - Spring Break
The last day of classes before Spring Break is Thursday, March 21, and there will be NO SCHOOL for ALL students from Mar 22 - April 1.
Classes will resume on Tuesday, April 2.
Announcements
Parent-Teacher Conferences - March 21 & 22
Conferences will take place on March 21 from 4:30pm to 7:30pm and on March 22 from 8:30am to 1pm. Parents have the option of attending an in-person or online parent-teacher conference. The booking system will open at 8am on Monday, March 11 and can be accessed through your MyCBE parent account. Once you have signed up for your one-on-one, 15-minute time slot, an online meeting link will automatically be sent to you. If you plan to attend the conference in person then please disregard the online meeting link and show up at your designated time instead. If you plan to attend the meeting online, please email the teacher to advise them.
Child Care Tax Receipts
Child Care Tax Receipts for CBE lunch supervision from January 2023 to December 2023 will be available by February 28, 2024. To access your receipt, simply log in to your MyCBE parent account and navigate to Student Fees & Service Registrations > Receipts. Tax receipts will not be mailed out and will be available online only.
Emergency Lunches & Snacks
Recently, we have noticed that more students are requiring emergency lunches due to forgetting their lunches at home or not bringing enough food. Please ensure that your child is sent to school with their lunch as we have a limited supply of emergency lunches. If your family requires extra support with lunches please contact the office so that we may assist you!
